Terms and Conditions – paldowin Platform Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the agreement between you and paldowin covering your access to and use of the platform at paldowin.vu. By creating an account or using any part of the platform – including casino games, sports betting, bingo, fish games, or any other feature – you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms in full.

2 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on paldowin are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via Philippine online banking, bank transfers, and local e-wallets such as GCash and Maya. Cryptocurrency and credit card transactions are not accepted for deposits or withdrawals.

Deposits

Withdrawals

3 Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on paldowin:

7 Account Suspension and Closure

• These Terms have been breached.

• The account is found to be held by a person under 21 years of age.
• Verification documents provided are found to be false or cannot be confirmed.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period and paldowin determines closure is appropriate under applicable rules.

On account closure by paldowin for a Terms breach, any bonus balances are forfeited. Genuine real-money balances may be returned subject to verification and review of account activity.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting paldowin support. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to a verified payment method.

8 Limitation of Liability

paldowin provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to ensure continuous access, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily affect platform availability.

paldowin is not liable for:

• Losses arising from connectivity issues on the player's end, including mobile data interruptions.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to secure their account credentials.
• Indirect or consequential losses of any kind resulting from platform use.
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers, including delays in processing or refusal of transactions.

9 Amendments to These Terms
